Course Objective

The main focus of this course is to use Outlook to Send and Receive mail. Be able to  use the Calendar features to create appointment and accept or reject group appointments. In addition to Outlook the user will be able to safely work on the Internet, and understand all the jargon of the different elements needed to get an Internet connection.

Prerequisite

The user should be able to use the mouse and keyboard and have a good understanding of Windows
